The elimination of the cord has opened up a whole new set of challenges for securing enterprise communications.

AirDefense is recognized by industry and government as the leader in wireless intrusion prevention systems for all wireless enterprises, indoor and out, including multi-vendor environments.

Consider an example like multi-site public agencies, Fortune 500 corporations and airports, with all the contractors, employees and visitors to public agencies and corporations, or the intense variety of travelers in airports and the airport operators, airlines and various security and support services, how do you securely provision services to operators and their outsiders?  When you have thousands of customers a day, how do you tell the difference between an innocuous wireless access point and a malicious or rogue access point, what regulations apply to operators for enterprises' compliance? AirDefense, which was purchased by Motorola last year, is a leader in systems to track, maintain, secure and report myriad mobile access devices and services networks.

Speaker:
Jay McKibbin, Regional Sales Manager at AirDefense, a Motorola Company
